How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your transaction/order ID and the subject line: “Refund Request”. In your message, describe the issue you are experiencing and the reason for your refund request. In some cases, we may ask for screenshots or additional proof to better understand and resolve the issue.

Refund Conditions
We do not provide refunds for technical problems unless you allow our support team enough time to troubleshoot and attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to fix the issue within 48 hours, you may qualify for a refund.

Refund requests are only accepted within 72 hours of the purchase date. Requests submitted after 72 hours cannot be processed.

If payment was made by credit/debit card, refunds may take between 20 to 31 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. In some cases, refunds may take up to 90 days. These delays are controlled by payment processors and banks, not by PURPLE4KTV.

Full refunds are only available for subscriptions purchased within the last 72 hours. Older subscriptions may receive a partial refund based on the period already used.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The customer is not satisfied with the channel list or content selection.
  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.
  • The customer experiences issues caused by their internet provider, device, app configuration, or personal setup.
  • Some channels occasionally freeze, buffer, or become temporarily unavailable.

Please note that temporary buffering or channel downtime may happen due to:

  • Internet connection fluctuations
  • ISP-related issues
  • Device or application configuration problems
  • Server maintenance or updates
  • Channel source interruptions

Our technical team works continuously to maintain stable and high-quality streaming performance.

Service Guarantee
If a customer cannot use their IPTV subscription for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a server issue caused by our side, we may offer either:

  • A full refund
  • Additional subscription time free of charge
  • Compensation bonuses depending on the situation
